Do the prices shown include printing, VAT & Delivery?
The prices online include all print costs and delivery to one UK address. They exclude VAT but this will be shown when you check out. There are no hidden costs.
What is a print colour?
This is the colour or colours that you would like your artwork printed in on the items you have ordered. Some artwork will be only one colour and others may be more. We offer a menu that shows the print colour options for each item or bundle and you can select how many colours you would like your items printed in. this determines the price.
What are PMS colours?
PMS, stands for Pantone Matching System, and it is a universally recognised system designed by the Pantone company to ensure that all colours are printed consistently across multiple media, and across several jobs.
Can you accept non-vectored artwork files?
Generally we can accept most file formats, however non-vector artwork needs copying and redrawing by one of our artist’s and the vectored file would not need this. There may be a charge involved in re-drawing the artwork, please contact us to check.
Will I get an artwork proof before you print my order?
Yes, we will always email you a visual before we print the bulk order, even if it is a repeat order. We will not proceed with printing until you are 100% happy with the proof.
What are business days?
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Yes, please let us know what item you are looking for and we will do our best to source it for you.
What is your returns policy?
For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving these items and we will investigate how best to resolve this matter. All other printed stock cannot be returned due to the personalised nature of the print making them unable to be sold to anyone else.
